A New Beginning for Women in Cybersecurity

CYBER

The communication objective for the CyberStart project is to reach and reskill/upskills among
unemployed and underemployed women to empower career opportunities in cybersecurity,
motivating them to apply for the training program. By promoting this opportunity through social
media, Interreg’s webpage, and other channels, the project aims to influence behavior, encouraging
women to join and complete the program, ultimately leading to increased competitiveness in the
labor market.
